What clients ask before they log in for the first time.

What is Max Console?

Max Console is the private workspace every MaximusLabs client gets. It holds every call brief, decision and task, your content pipeline, and your Google Analytics and Search Console results, so you always know what we're executing, what's next and what's waiting on you.

What do I see after a strategy call?

A meeting brief: the key takeaways, the decisions we made, what we discussed, and every to-do with an owner, a workstream, a status and a due date. Each to-do then appears as a task on your board.

How do I know what's waiting on me?

Your home screen opens with a "Waiting on you" card, and the board has its own column for it. Each item says exactly what we need. When you've done it, one click marks it done.

Which data does the dashboard show?

Google Analytics and Search Console results measured against your pre-engagement baseline, visits from AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Perplexity, how our articles perform against the rest of your site, your content pipeline and your page health.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes. Every client gets their own login, and you can invite your team as Managers, Editors or read-only Viewers.

Can other clients see my data?

No. Each client's data is kept in its own space and access is checked on every request. Sign-in is invite-only, our team uses two-step verification, and every file you share is scanned.

Is Max Console sold separately?

No. It comes with every MaximusLabs engagement, alongside Max Visibility, our AI visibility platform.

Work with an agency you can actually see.

Book a call. We'll walk you through a live workspace and show you how your first month would run.
